Can I change my bank mailing address online?
Your bank will need to send you statements and verify your debit-card billing address when you shop online. If you have online banking, you may be able to update your address through your account. Otherwise, you can visit the bank in person or call its customer service line.
How long does it take for bank to update address?
If you update your account information online, it should only take a few minutes and the changes should go into effect immediately. When you change your address by mail, it might take a few weeks for your credit card issuer to process the change.
What is the customer number?
Customer Number means the system-generated, or other distinguishing number, assigned by the Department to each person conducting business with the Department. The customer number of a private individual is generally the person’s driver license or non-operating identification license number.
